The agreement between you and Joppa Technologies LLC.
Last updated: June 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and the product Zora (the "Service") provided by Joppa Technologies LLC ("Joppa," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Zora is software that helps event professionals manage client communication, scheduling, invoicing, and related workflows using AI. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time. AI-generated content (such as drafted replies) is a suggestion for your review — you are responsible for what you send and for the accuracy of information you provide and approve.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your business to these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law; sending spam or unlawful content; infringing others' rights; attempting to breach security or access data that isn't yours; reverse-engineering the Service; or using it to build a competing product. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services you connect (such as Google and Stripe).
You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Joppa and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as permitted.
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Google, Stripe, and AI model providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing all output before acting on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joppa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
